Shipping options and real-time rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier availability. We may consolidate items into fewer boxes when possible.
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes for oversized items. For wholesale or special destinations, please reach out before ordering.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Updates may take 24 hours to appear.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, notify us within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier on a trace. Replacement or refund eligibility is determined case-by-case.
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination rules. Any such limits will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
We try to process orders quickly—if you need to change the address or cancel, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify it.
